UPDATE (June 16, 2024):

Wiatt has become a permanent Oshawa resident. His foster mom, when faced with the prospect of giving this boy up, chose instead to adopt him herself. Lucky Wiatt. He has a wonderful future in front of him.

WIATT is a shy, gentle boy who was found as a stray and not reclaimed. Sad because he is a lovely boy and an excellent fit for most any family. Wiatt is estimated to be eighteen months of age and is both neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations. This dog thoroughly enjoys his walks and is great off leash when out hiking with his foster mom. Beagles are known to be “Velcro dogs” because of their tendency to stay in close proximity to the humans in their life and Wiatt is no different. Complete devotion and loyalty to the family they call their own is a trademark of the breed so a better canine companion could not be asked for.
