UPDATE 9 January:
Great news today for Thunder! He has been adopted by a family of five who have had dogs and cats for many years. Their home backs onto a huge fenced in yard and they are also located quite close to one of Oshawa’s many dog parks. Lucky boy!! Our Thunder will get lots and lots of exercise.
Congratulations to you Thunder, and to your new family. We know you are all going to have a great time together.

Original Text:
Thunder, five and a half years of age and up-to-date on all vaccinations, is about to lose the only family he has known for the last four years. A move to British Columbia means that this friendly, sociable boy must find a new home ASAP.
Thunder gets along well with other pets (large and small) and is accustomed to living in a household with adults and children. This handsome boy is a Rottweiler/Border Collie/Husky cross and displays all of the intelligence, energy and playfulness that these three breeds are well known for.
We truly believe that Thunder will fit in well with most any family configuration but strongly recommend that his new owner(s) allows him to get plenty of exercise either via regular walks or in an “off leash” park.
