THEO, at 11 years of age, is just a wee lad who has not been particularly well treated by his previous owners. In addition Theo was totally traumatized by his stay at a municipal shelter and intimidated by the larger more vocal canines. A Yorkie ( Yorkshire Terrier) mixed with Maltese, Theo is neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations. He requires only moderate exercise and prefers instead to cuddle and spend time with his foster mom with whom he has closely bonded. Theo would be a wonderful pet for a senior or retired couple who understand that past experiences have made him sensitive to handling and wary of strangers. Truly Theo is a little dog with a big personality and requires the patience, love and understanding of an individual who can see through his fears and anxieties to the delightful, loving boy he really is.
