UPDATE 14 March 2017:

Sparky is now a Toronto resident. She has found a new, forever home with a wonderful family of four who fell in love with her at their first meeting. Sparky, in turn, was extremely comfortable with them from the start and has settled in well at her new home.

Sparky is a lovely mixture of Nova Scotia Duck Trolling Retriever and Labrador Retriever.

Fifteen months of age, up-to-date on all vaccinations, full of energy and still very much a puppy, Sparky is hoping to find her forever home with a family who can appreciate what a wonderful girl she is.

An adult only household, with an experienced dog owner, would be ideal for although Sparky is a shy, calm friendly canine she has not had a lot of “hands on” attention and would thrive with an owner who could devote a lot of time to her.

Other animals in the household would not present any problems, for this alert and intelligent pet has experienced living with both cats and dogs.
