UPDATE 21 Jul 2023:

Milo, our handsome boy, is moving to Picton. His new owner already owns a 13 year old Dachsund who he has had since a puppy. Both dogs became acquainted at the “meet & greet” and will, no doubt, become great friends.

Milo is a very loving boy who thrives when receiving lots of human attention. At 9 years of age, this friendly Chocolate Dachshund is a loyal companion who thoroughly enjoys road trips, riding in boats, and being a passenger when his owner drives the lawn mower.

Long naps, basking in the sun and being the recipient of lots of belly rubs are highlights of his day. Milo is great with other pets ( feline and canine) and is accustomed to living in a multigenerational household ranging from seniors to children. Milo is in excellent health, up-to-date on all vaccinations and maintains a good weight for a “weiner/sausage” dog.
