UPDATE Feb 3, 2016:
Eugenie has found a forever home with her foster mom’s sister. There are other felines in her new household for companionship so this little gal, accustomed to living in a busy environment, will not be lonesome.
Congratulations Eugenie!

UPDATE Nov 6, 2015:
Eugenie has been identified as a rare breed of cat called Nebelung which is recognized by the Cat Fanciers Association.
This breed is very affectionate and love their food. Eugenie is true to these traits.
Generally these cats are very gentle and show a preference for one person in the family to whom they become quite attached.
Fortunately, Eugenie is currently living indoors with her foster mom.

Original Text:
Eugenie is a beautiful girl who definitely does not deserve to be homeless. With no one to love her, and thus provide shelter, food and water, Eugenie set up housekeeping in the back yard of a compassionate Oshawa resident who now meets her daily needs. She has been there for several months and Oasis is scrambling to find her a forever family before winter sets in.
Our vet indicates that Eugenie is two years of age. It is evident that she has been a household pet for she is extremely affectionate and craves as much attention as she can possibly get.
Her interaction with other cats is excellent and she would definitely benefit from having a feline companion in her new home. Spayed, and up-to-date on all vaccinations, this little lady is ready to start on the next leg of her lifetime journey.
