Update 8 Aug:
All of Amy’s kittens have now been adopted. Of the remaining two, Molly was adopted into a household with two young children in Oshawa. The mother in the family has had cats for many years and has, in fact, fostered another kitten to keep Molly company. Layla was adopted by a family with two teenage boys (one volunteers at Oasis), a golden retriever and a bird.
It took a bit of work but we’re happy all four kittens have now found their forever homes.
Update 20 Jul:
Just thought we’d bring you up to date on Amy’s Kittens. Remember them? Amy was rescued from a life behind Walmart and brought to Oasis Animal Rescue quite pregnant. She went on to deliver these four beautiful kittens who soon became the stars of our Kitten Naming Contest.
Now, they’re 10 weeks of age, had their first vaccinations, they’re no longer nameless and the winning kitten namers have been announced. Yet only two (Oscar and Noah) have been lucky enough to find homes so far.
We’re still looking for homes for rescue kittens Molly and Layla. Can you help?
